Jack's Beanstalks Return Policy At Jack's Beanstalks, we are committed to delivering healthy and high-quality plants. However, due to the nature of live plants, we have the following policies in place: Replacement and Refunds We will only replace plants that arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA). If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., bent leaves or slight discoloration) caused during shipping is not eligible for refunds or replacements.
